Great little bagel shop before a long day in the city. Quite a busy place but our order was great and kids loved it.
My husband and I always get an egg everything with scallion cream cheese for breakfast and it is amazing every time. They are very generous with the cream cheese and I have never had any issues with ordering / customer service.
I am so disappointed in the customer service from this place. I tried to call to speak to someone over the phone to place an order and each time I called the line was disconnected. After calling 5 times in a row the call was answered and I was directed to order using the other system they have in place. I had customizations to my order and I needed someone to help me place it. The man I spoke to over the phone was very rude and told me I had to wait until the catering orders were finished being ordered and placed me on a 10 minutes hold. I waited and once he finally went back on the call I started to explain my order and I was rudely interrupted by the man saying that I will have to wait even more time because another catering order had just called. All I needed to place was 1 breakfast sandwich and pay over the phone. This has happened to me in the past before as well. I called for a total of 10 times last time and each time the phone would answer and hang up right away. Unbelievable treatment. It’s a shame because this is my local bagel store. Ive been coming here for a few years now and I can’t believe the way I was treated. I NEVER leave a bad review for a place. Please do better if you’re reading this, it’s not right to treat loyal customers like that.
I am shocked at the service I received today. I've been going to this place for years. Spending over $50 for my family everytime that I go. Today my order was missing home fries. I went back and was told "we Definately put it in your bag". No appology. They basically accused me of lying. After spending all of that money on breakfast I don't need to lie about home fries. As a black woman I've watched people come in all the time with a missing item and they quickly apologize and give them their food. However today they made it seem as if I made it up and was just trying to get free homefries. I am disgusted at how I was treated. This was my go-to place and I've sent family and friends. I've never had an issue but after today I will never spend my money here. All people should be treated the same it doesn't matter the color of your skin. Shame on you and shame on your manger who rings everyone up think his name is Joey. Go check your cameras. Your worker never out home fries in my bag.
Saddest $6 bagel I have ever seen. The bagel is so thin and the cream cheese is even thinner. Will not be returning

Any establishment that has great customer service and delicious food is the perfect place. Of course the food being great is important but so is having a friendly staff because that does play a big role. It may be silly but all I love from this place is their perfect home fries, they have the best potatoes. Their egg sandwiches are good. I understand the whole taking the credit card over the phone even though some people may not have one or want to use it. I know so many people who only pay in cash. My one and only complaint is their customer service. They ignore you when you walk in, no "hi welcome" or anything. Then when you try to talk and ask for help they ignore you. When someone finally decides to speak to you they do it in a nasty way. Only placing an order on the phone one time did a man not give me a horrible attitude. I thought one time oh maybe they're having a bad day (that was my first time there) but now it's each time I go there. Whether I am picking up for myself or someone else they are 90% of the time rude. I hate to say this but they pick and choose who they treat kind, I've seen it myself. I've read some of the previous reviews and I guess I am not the only one. Hope that changes one day, being kind isn't hard or expensive.
Ordered a turkey sandwich got ham. And I took it back man told me two people said I asked for ham. THEY GAVE ME SPOILED TURKEY CALLING I stated I’m from out of town why would you serve spoiled meat? Not about the price if I spend more dollars than other delis your food should be better than good. I told the lady I called within the hour I was in someone’s car & they were already out the area. Now I’m calling the health department ppp loan pandemic fraud office & BBB. If you scammed me & prices I’m sure you scammed whole plandemic. Your deli sucks Sir I don’t eat pork against my beliefs to eat it. Then I am in car with my cousin I’m visiting from Pittsburgh. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN GIVEN SPOILED MEAT IN A DELI ON LONG ISLAND. I have to wait with spoiled meat til tomorrow I’m not driving. As expensive as it was you’d think food would be FRESHER I am sick thinking about it nasty 🤢
